Karnataka Pravasi Soudha - Lodge in Tirupati - Chittoor, India

Rooms are okay to stay for a day , but charges are high. Rooms don't even have curtains. No AC is available. Sufficient parking space is available. For the amount they are charging, more facilities should be provided. I recommend stay here, but don't have high expectation w.r.t cost they are charging.

Good facilities. But difficult to book rooms. Agent will get you a room very quickly if you are ready to pay double the rates

The property is spread across a large space and they are still expanding with new projects in their pipeline. They have plenty of parking space, well built rooms. But since this is affiliated to Kar Dharmika dattu ilake, you will feel you have entered a gvt office. The staff is arrogant, lazier than most of the cats. You need to be very demanding or ready to bribe to get things done. I had my family waiting for hours and they were just passing time and reasoning for everything. Only after involving in a heated argument and brawl, they handed both the room keys immediately. The officer in the first floor is in his own world. Acts like a school principal just to hand over pillows and spreads btw which we pay for. Karnataka government needs to intervene, at-least to save the reputation and need not say potential revenue source. And if you're visiting Tirupati, esp with your family, avoid this place. Pre Book accommodations by TTDC in their website. Lot cheaper and better. No drama of any kind.

Very poor quality rooms not worth it we pay huge amount for rooms that has no proper facility and the person who sits in first floor has no proper way to talk to people and is very rude provides no proper answer to our questions. Worst room worst service not worth it

I personally experienced very bad with the manager who sat there by name Mr.Giri who locates d room to customer like us....He was so rude in his behavior....he was basically very poor in talking to ladies.....Higher authorities plse take this review seriously n enquire abt him....he spoke very arrogantly with me n my family....Make him learn how to deal with customers....Karnataka pravasi soudha is not his own property to speak like that.....it wl run based on d customers like us...plse make him keep this in mind....

Rooms are not well as compare to trust room. High charge for rooms. Should not book this rooms. You take darshan and go to tirupati city for stay in case you don't have trust room. You have more option in city for stay

Worst rooms in Tirumala Even staff are very worst Plz don't waste money on staying here

Horribly maintained rooms. Water leaking from the roof, lights were not working. Stinking beds and overall it looked like a hell. They charged us 1500 INR for using the room for 4 hours. Do not prefer this place
