Highly recommend.. I found really very excellent experience with the Karmic yoga studio. Neetu mam is the best teacher for yoga. She has good knowledge about her work. She always gave attention to every student and make them correct, if any one doing yoga in wrong position.
A perfect place to join when it comes to a healthy body and lifestyle. I like the ambiance of this place and the individual attention during the time you do exercise is the highlight of the Yoga studio. I personally want people to take a trial if you are looking for a perfect Yoga studio, I'm sure you will join after that. One of the best place to start yoga for the beginners. I always considered yoga as a slow process to loose weight but now have realised it all depends on your Yoga instructor. Neetu is the most hard working Yoga trainer who personally looks after every students requirement. The results are phenomenal and environmental is so energetic.
Neetu is really great! If you have any hesitance about starting yoga Neetu's Karmic Studio is great to start with in a private session. She takes you through the whole practice and brings peace to the practice. I highly recommend Karmic if you are starting out or have experience and want to go a little deeper into the Yoga than you should go for Karmic ....All the best Neetu and thanks for making me better
It's a very good experience for me .specially the yoga instructors are soo calm,patient and helpful . The class has perfect and calm energy .your class always feels very thoughtful and I love joining u all at these sessions.
Excellent Yoga Class Its been 2 months since i have joined. The classes and trainer is so good to really feel the benefits of stretching, relaxing, engaging and letting go. On an add on, they have aerobic and yumba classes too. Would recommend them to everyone.
