The scenic beauty of this railway station was a delightful surprise ,Not only was the natural beauty mesmerizing, but the railway station was also properly maintained. The platform was spotlessly clean.

One of a scenic railway station with a lake right next to it....once can hear chirping of birds....can get to see different types of beautiful birds This station is the closest one to capital of Goa @panjim One can also reach to one of the World Heritage Site "The Basilica of Bom Jesus" which is few km from karmali railway station
I boarded from Mumbai and reached at this Station . Was very beautiful , clean and scenic . Better if you want to go to North Goa . Think twice if you have to go towards South side , because there are hardly any reasonable transportation facilities available for going towards South and if there is it's costly.
This is the Jallianwala bagh of Goa . A reminder to all , what atrocities our forefathers had to bear from a country that todays generation supoort at fifa world cup . Never forget.
