Wow, i did my first safari of my life here alone and man it was such a thriller experience. The gate is less busy not much of the crowd is there which is very good, however due to that hotel/stays are very limited. Tiger sighting wise i sighted 6 tigers in evening safari.
Ideal gate to enter safari, deep inside, need to reach Suktara - Badalpar - Barelipar route. Not many stay options, book in advance for stay. Saw many animals including Tiger, have to do 3 safaris to watch Tiger due to winter season. Recommend to visit during May-June for Tiger sights

Karmaziri gate is the entry point to Pench Tiger Reserve, Madhya Pradesh. There are govt accommodation available, but no private resorts. To reach the entry point, one need to drive around 30 kms West, from NH 7, from Suktara village.
Away from highway . But very good if u r searching peace. Nice chain of resourt. A forest rest house is hear u can stay if forest department is permitting. Rest house is very old built in 1909. Not very well maintained
A less visited and hence more peaceful access to very touristy project tiger area . No flashy resort here but elegant forest rest house evoke old word charm. Food is made to order and excellent, forest officials are cooperative and knowledgeable. Some other private places are there for stay but with just basic facilities. We went for night safari, unfortunately no tiger sighting but many bison and deers, excitement of moving in baron dense tickwood forest and star gazing in clear skies. I recommend visit to relax, connect with nature and learn life in jungle.
good experience but no tiger :( bird variety is good though leopards can also be found here.
The place has an amazing vibe if you a looking for jungle adventure.
