Best yoga place in Benaulim! Sachin, the yoga instructor is very knowledgeable, super nice and friendly. The place is breathtaking and doing yoga in front of the beach and hearing the waves in the background was just an incredible experience. Because of the low season and the rainy weather, there were not many people around but Sachin still gave me private yoga lessons every morning, and provided me with me all the necessary equipment. I will definitely come back again and I can't recommend this place enough!

Ses explications sont claires , il nous replace si necessaire . Vraiment dans le partage de sa discipline. Je recommande fortement et espere y revenir un jour .
Lovely studio and Sachin is a great teacher. He is patient, kind and compassionate. The view into the ocean while practicing yoga is really amazing and beautiful.
Yoga teacher Sachin is a master in his art , many are accomplished yoga gurus but he stands apart from the rest due to his pleasant and compassionate approach towards all his students irrelevant Oc their level, ability or age . I am a repeat customer at his retreat school but even when I'm back in uk or USA I still strive to seek guidance n continue yoga through video sessions - highly recommend him without any hesitation.
Absolutely fabulous venue overlooking the ocean. It has taken me several mediocre yoga classes to find Sachin, the ultimate Ashtanga Vinyasa teacher. He shows patience, compassion and professional support and advice. I love his classes and will be in Goa end Nov 2023. I'm hoping to resume practice with him and others.

It was a nice experience. The trainer was good and helpful in getting the postures right. It was a peaceful yoga class by the beach. You can hear soothing water waves voice while doing Yoga. Only the class timing can be a bit early, as it started getting hot towards the end. Overall good experience.
