We had an excellent stay and experience at Karma Lakeland this weekend. Worth every penny... it's a beautiful property and a must visit especially when the weather is pleasant. The only thing that I'd say can improve is the -Food at the restaurant on the ground floor, can be more tasteful.
This property has villas and they give out one room out of that, if is definitely not like a hotel and more like an air bnb the service is slow and the washrooms are not that great the beauty of this place lies in the location, which is serene and full of greens.
My review is based on the operational staff and not on property. i had made an advance booking, but due to some problem had to cancel it. I got a cancellation email that the booking amount will be credited in 15-30 days. It has been more then 2 months now, and money is still not returned. The whatsapp number does not reply to my chat message, and they are not picking the phone as well. This is disappointing, the user experience comes from all these touch points. I had a very negative experience even before visiting this property. Kindly do not set timelines which you cannot adhere and thus loose the credibility. Thanks Anju
Worst experience I have ever had in my life. Highly careless and unprofessional staff. They have lost our main medium size bag. And they ask their guest to park the car in no camera area. And at the end they say they are not reliable for any kind of loss. Even that loss was done by their staff. If anyone is ready to loose there important stuff that visit the property at your own risk
Excellent place to spend some time with nature. Peacefully atmosphere. Quality of food is good. We got an opportunity to see their bee farming area. The best part is it's PET FRIENDLY. My pet Peter enjoyed this place the most. The entire staff is very curtious and helpful.
Had a full family trip and booked the orchard villa. The whole experience was wonderful and we enjoyed a lot. The property has a lot to do including swimming, animal farm, outdoor games, indoor games, obstacle course meditation, golf, etc and good food Overall great property, must visit. We had a very pleasant stay at Karma Lakeland Resort, beautiful surroundings lovely ambience., We were 32 of us and we got very special treatment. The chef personally came and prepared our dinner menu as per our requirements and it was delicious! The service was excellent too. Our villa attendant, Rakesh Kumar, was very attentive and gave us excellent service. On the whole we had a relaxed and enjoyable time.
