Karma Cafe - Bakery - Cafe in Canacona - South Goa, India

We had breakfast here twice during our stay in Patnem Beach in October and both times it was excellent. Great service too. Fresh fruit and muesli was delicious, turmeric porridge yummy and Shashuka very good ( could have done with some chilli though). Enjoyed view of village life going on around us too.

Decent cafe with an old hippie vibe The staff there kept playing songs in an unknown language in the kitchen which was a bit annoying but it was probably a part of their normal routine I thought would be religious Their staff is very good and very quick. We received the order in a short time. The food was good and the menu is very elaborate which explains every item you will get in the dish The cafe is a small place and you'll find foreigners majorly in the cafe. They have written smoking not allowed but they keep smoking there and if you don't like or are intolerant to smoking, avoid altogether

Great breakfast with freshly baked bread. Nice place to meet friends. Good coffee too. Also had veggie burger here, tasty patie, very satisfying. Coming back for more.

The staff were very rude. We ordered a Thai green curry with rice. It didn't taste good at all. It was very watery and clearly didn't live up to the spices we were expecting. When we tried telling the chef about our disappointment, he shouted at us saying that " I have made it in the morning with fresh ingredients, how can you say you didn't like it. It's not acceptable ". This behaviour put us off. We immediately paid our bill and left from there without eating anything.

Dinner at Karma was delicious and relaxing after running some errands and seeking a calm spot to unwind as the sun slowly began to go down for the day. The spicy Thai noodles with tofu has plenty going on to keep me happy flavor wise; only thing I'd add is more peanut sauce during the cooking, but that's a personal preference since I prefer more sauce rather than less with all noodle dishes. Either way, I recommend it if you enjoy and can handle spicy. To help keep things cool, the Apple Basil Lime tea was on point! Exactly the kind of light beverage you'd want to refresh you while soaking up the sun (and hot spices). The service was excellent as well, as the waiter who took care of me was super friendly. I felt completely welcome throughout my time there, even when I lazed a bit longer while having a cold coffee and catching up on WhatsApp voice notes. So if you're looking for a cafe with a big menu, good quality & service, and cozy space, this is definitely a spot worth checking out.

The food here is a hit and a miss for me. Coffee - both black and milk is fine. But the food din't meet my expectations. The chai has too much of milk and very less tea. The service was fine, responsive enough. May be people can try their juices as they seemed fine.

Best English breakfast i ever had

I had the worst experience here at this place. Ordered for a green Thai curry which came out to be red in Color and watery gravy. When I confronted the server, he started yelling at us for giving an honest feedback and told us to not say "you didn't like it". The vibe was below average.
