went for a routine eyecheckup. did not expect that i will have to wait for more than an hour and would miss seeing the dr. highly mismanaged front office. was given appointment of 1pm, waited till 2.05pm but still did not get to see doctor (Dr Amar karkhanis). logic given was dr takes more time, if that is the case then appointment should be given at proper time interval. no remorse among staff as i left the clinic without getting my problem attended.

Amar karkhanis sir is very nice doctor and amar sir lost of knowledge and he gave very nice service to the patient

For OPD this ia a very good hospital, the staff is very efficient, experienced and they made me feel special. The private room along with the washroom was very clean, and the staff always had a smile on their faces. An old lady nurse was looking after me and she made me feel like I was being taken care by my own mom. Thank you for the awesome experience !
