I would give 0 stars for the customer service. They promise to do custom designing but fail to keep up. The price is ridiculously high. They are just using their cheap instagramic tactics to attract the public. There are many many bridal stores in hyderabad who will do the same job in much affordable price. I have had the worse experience dealing with them. They convince you to give them the order but fail to deliver the expectations. Save your money and stay away from the store. Thank you!!

Waste management fraud staff. I bought heavy partywear suit from them & order to stitch. I told them after 3days there is function and they promised me to give me on 2nd day evening. But it was not stitch on 2nd day & on 3rd day also it was not available. I visited them they asked me to wait for an hour after 1 hour they said someone went to bring it. It will take more 1hour. & so on useless illiterate staff. No one is responsible for customers commitment.

Over costly items. Same can be bought in Chandni chowk at 1/3 price. But attitude and service was very good

These people are fraud, dont shop from them. I order some bangles from there instagram page and i never got them, i payed full price for it but when i ask them where is my DHL tracking and stuff they just ignore me and blocked me, they are big fraud people specially the guy imaran malik. DONT BUY ANY THING FROM THERE INSTAGRAM PAGE

They are fraud they had taken money and also taken delivery charge and not given me my money in return

Fraud company, also Facebook and Instagram pages are fake. We paid for suit and never received any responses after that.

Id like to start by saying, NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE if you'd like to be treated well. We are a family of doctors and have never been talked to this way. We entered the shop and instantly liked a dress right before us. And when we asked for a price, the salesman said it was for 89k or something. We obviously weren't looking for such expensive dresses. We quoted our range and we're guided to the 1st floor. As we were entering the elevator, we heard him make fun of us for the range that we had quoted. Anyway, we ignored him and on reaching the 1st floor we were said what we're looking for was on the ground floor instead. To which my mother lost her cool and questioned the salesmen and we confroned the gentleman about his behaviour. Just know that you lost a LOT of doctor customers today. Had you attended us well, you'd gain a profit of 50k easily (which unfortunately for you, a wedding mall opposite to your showroom has gained). We've never been so disappointed in our lives. And to whoever is reading this, please don't visit them and expect them to treat you well. I'd request the owner of the shop to check his cctv footage with audio and know that his staff is very ill mannered.

Worst experience ever had . They did not let us open the suit shawl to have a look at the shawl and told that there would be no damage at all . After buying it out of trust, now we see lot of holes in the dress in multiple places . No response upon call as well . Pathetic . On top of all this, the shop sellers are asking for tips
