Good experience with the dress selection and interaction with the staff. Was able to find the dresses that we were looking for. The only issue was the available brands were less and from that the available branded dresses were too costly! Also the arrangement of the store items was not bad.

I went with my daughter to purchase here. The collection's were awesome. I am a big fan of their YouTube videos..They are really friendly and supportive they will help you to choose.The staffs,Billing section Girls and Owner are Super friendly. They have lots of collections of saree and affordable prices. I highly recommend

Shopping was really smooth & satisfying. Collection was just superb and price too was comparatively good compared to other shops at Thiruvalla. But need to improve customer service to great extent , female staffs at 1st floor were busy chit chatting their duty problems and personal comments while handling customers , same questions regarding materials were asked thrice and more to get a reply. Priority wasn't customer service at all . This needs to be noted . Rest all was pleasant and comfortable experience shopping at Karishma silks

It's a great shop where you will definitely find trendy styles and also beautiful traditional sarees with high quality and a wide range of colors in reasonable prices. The staffs are absolutely wonderful, very attentive, and approachable. Highly recommended!

I absolutely adore the elegant and trendy styles this store offers. Went in with my friends family for his sister's wedding, absolutely surprised with their prices compared to their peer competitors. Limited selection for kids. However a good selection is available for ladies and gents. Good staff and their customer service, I need to appreciate and they literally help to choose the dress for your kids. Cash Counter looked bit weird and unpleasant. maybe shopping is done, if you wish then comeback again. That's my experience.

It was an really awesome experience... I am a big fan of their youtube videos whatever its shown in the picture of saree exact the same item i got it.. They have variety collections.. Comparing to other big shops the price is affordable here Every week they bring variety collection of dresses.I must say about online section and their service is really good.. Loved it.. Highly recommended
