Hello Everyone, I would like to share my experience with this hotel. I came from Pune and stayed in this hotel for 2 days. 1st thing form oyo it was told me to have room at 920 but they booked at 1048 after I called you customer care they revert the price which is good. I got room which has switch failure then they change my room which was good. Room was neat and clean but bathroom wasn't that much clean. TV and night bulb wasn't working properly but room service was good but they should train for some professionalism. Food was not so good not so bad. I was having Travels's at 7:30pm evening so I asked them to have lunch their then want to leave the hotel but they did not allow me for that. I already check out at 11:30 AM. Thanks

They hired receptionist who is a thief who took payment from me and didn't forward to Guest house and I've to re pay it. And also they Don't have maintainance faculty. They take almost 1 month to change toilet jet spray and 3 months to repair doors nad A.C. highly disappointing on this rate

Okayish with average rooms and seen on map as near to begumpet statiin but is not as there is no way The manager is good and they also serve good food. We can have food from the hotel itself

They no more rent out rooms

Hotel denies after a successful booking. Had to relocate to another hotel. Cheater cocks they are. And when you argue you only hear foul language from the management mouth. Please don't book.

Have been hearing, how bad Oyo service is but experienced it myself today. Booked karishma homes in Hyderabad for somebody. On reaching the hotel, the manager denied the rates and to call centre has no clue what to do. The hotel manager claimed that Oyo is cheating customers and property owners

Located at Begumpet at a perfect residential place. The locality is very nice and residential. Behind the Lifestyle mall at Umanagar, Kundanbag. Got good staffs. Cooks heavy foods. Rooms are maintained. The Muslim lady owner is very strict and has good sense of hospitality. A good stay. One staff named Ashfaq is a good man there.
