The stay at Karippals Inn was great and satisfying. Their hospitality is great and the guidance from booking the room till check out was very helpful. Rooms were clean and all other services were also good.

Worst ever experience in connection to booking a room..the person whole took call over phone behaved very badly,while conveying the message that late check ins are not allowed..it's ok to tell their hotel policies,but some sort of gentleness and courtesy they should show..really got irritated with the call,straight away decided not going to his hotel..instead booked another hotel I couldn't find a reply option to the owners comment,hence replying in my first post itself..we had stayed in your hotel one year back,if I rem July 22 ,2022..not sure if booking was done under my name of husbnd " s name..Yes,of course dealings were good then..that's y we thought of doing it again in your hotel.. yesterday's situation was different,we were not sure if we could reach hotel before 9.30 pm,considering the traffic block related to Oommen Chandy sirs funeral..I am a 9 month pregnant lady ,who had to travel around 120 kms from Idukki district to Kottayam,so thought of requesting for late check in,but your tone of speaking was really irritating,so I didn't reply back anything..hence the call got disconnected soon

The location was convenient and easy to find, and the hotel was well-maintained and hygienic. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. What stood out the most was the excellent support from Vivek, the owner. He was always available to answer any questions we had and was very accommodating to our needs. Overall, we had a fantastic time at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Thank you, Vivek, for your outstanding support!
