I liked your party plot and would like to rent it but the fact that you have this tieup with the decorators and all without whom you are not even willing to rent the plot is disheartening... You can ask for higher rent but allow people to bring their own decoration. People who are willing to rent the plot won't do it because of these expensive mandatory decorators.
