Karimutty Waterfalls - Tourist attraction in Idukki - Idukki, India

It's on the way to Chinnar from Marayoor. There is a check post nearby. Don't enter with out permission. Need tickets to enter there and a changing room available.

Karimutty 2 Waterfalls is on the main road at a U turn. With Rs 25 ticket, one can go under the waterfalls, it's very safe, the experience is amazing, never miss it. There are also small changing rooms for gents n ladies. There was no crowd and we had wonderful time. After the cold serene waterfalls shower, there's a coffee shop to feel warm .

This waterfalls is a very nice tourist spot. This is a river that flowers underneath the Karimutty bridge and fully surrounded by beautiful flowers and clear water. However, the entrance to the falls was closed for some reason when we had visited. We went there around 8:15 am on a Thursday morning and the spot wasn't open then. But the lush green surrounding it was to simply doe for! Also there are green rooms around, even places to have tea, coffee and snacks. I found a very beautiful spot by the waterfalls where there is a small arrangement of a table and some chairs. It just made the whole atmosphere so pleasant. I felt like I could sit there for hours. The temperature was also pretty moderate. I suggest you go here on weekdays. A gentle warning that it may not be open at all times and the amount of water is seasonal.

A waterfall where you can take a shower effortlessly. An area is set up for bath and a changing room is available after paying a reasonable amount. There is a tea stall where you can have light refreshments. And also a shop (Tortoise)set up by forest department where u can buy in memory of this place or fir gifting your loved ones.

One of the best water falls in udumalpet - munnar road, near marayoor.. water is icy.. we took a bath at 9 am.. we have to buy tickets. Basic room is there for dress change. Near by one tortoise shaped shop is there.. we can buy spicy, oils etc.. Overall - Really a great experience.

It has very fresh and beautiful vibe....full of green trees and fresh air....you will love this waterfall....

A pleasant place to relax after your mountain journey. You get good chai & coffee here. Watching the waterfalls from here soothes your mind. A star tortoise figurine shop add joy to selfie enthusiasts
