Worst experience of Indian non veg food. Even though Karims came in recommended. As I was looking for non veg restaurants and i wanted Mutton.
The food was the worst thing I have eaten in my life.
Mutton curry had no taste. The meat had no taste.
The mutton biryani was horrible. Pieces of cardamom and cloves found in the food. Imagine eating n biting into a piece cardamom or cloves.
The worst garlic naan I have eaten.
Worst experience ever. Please do not order.

Totally disappointed. The worst experience in terms of taste I have ever had with Karim's. Never to visit Place. Any street food vendor makes better Seekh ( Chicken and Mutton) and Afghani. We could not even finish it. Never try these.
Chicken Biryani + drink combo Rs515.
Biryani tasted like it was reheated. No taste. Chicken pieces were overcooked/reheated as it was Dry. The sprite drink tasted only of soda.
Didn't expect this from a reputed place like Karims.
I hope the T3 counter does a quality job.

Overcrowded, overpriced kebab outlet in Terminal 3 Delhi Airport. The kebabs and rolls are nice and spicy but the experience itself is not great. Order was misplaced the first time and it was horrendous to find a place to sit in that food court. Given the population of India and lunchtime hours, some thought needs to go into accommodating all customers.
The taste of chicken biryani at Karim's was really so bad that I had to left more than half of the biryani . The taste was like salted rice and boiled chicken pieces mixed and served . Totally not at all worth the price . I would give 0 star rating , won't recommend to even give it a try .
On 8th I ordered Daal Makhani through Zomato from this outlet.However, on seeing what was sent, everyone at home was not only shocked but also felt ashamed before guests . It looked like their franchise / outlet just sent almost coloured water with no chuncks of lentis (daal). They took advantage of customer and his money. Ethically they should have refused that the Daal is not there, but they choose to collect notes. Now whenever we think of ordering daal from any place, horrible quality and service of this outlet comes to our mind. We also raised issue with company too but they didn't do anything to sustain their brand quality. Since then we have enjoyed better tastes from Dana Choga and Singh Sahib restaurants locallt. Both's Daal Mkhani was very yummy and worth it's price. I don't thik we would ever order Dal Makhaani from Karim's, Vegas Mall outlet in future. 'BIG NO' to them.
Great time sone good authentic Karim cuisine. Rinaldo roti and chicken curry were great. Mint chutney can be improved. Overall a great and satisfying food experience
