Rate is good but most of the items are unavailable . Mutton Barra , which is famous here, is too much bad. Total experience is not good at all. Even keema nun , all mocktails , sikh kababs are unavailable. Disgusting and irritating experience. Today is Sasthi. By due to their bad services most of the chairs are empty. Mutton Nihari is unavailable. Only biriyani is available. We will prefer Dada-Boudi Restaurant or Arsenal for Biriyani then. Why Karim's ???? Disappointing experience. And the behaviour of the staff is so cold. As if they don't care whether we take good food or not. Bad manner.... The place should be abondoned....

Yesterday, we went to Karim's for dinner. The seating area was comfortable but they put on the AC temperature very low and was not willing to raise the temperature. The mocktails were ok...starter we took Afghani chicken with cream. The chicken was overgrilled to burning point. We could not find any meat in it. To cover it up, they put a lot of cream. Khamiri roti was tasty and so were Mutton bhuna and Mutton Jahangiri quorma. The 4 star is for these items. They need to make the pieces of standard size.
The taste was good. But quantity Lil bit less .
Ambience was quite good. Gave a nice royal feeling. The crowd was quite exquisite. However the food left a lot to taste. The ghost dum biriyani wasn't upto the mark. The taste was pretty average and the food was served cold. Wasn't worth the money. Need some serious improvement to do justice to the environment.
Worst Biriyani & Nihari ever tasted in my life I Stayed in kankulia road 600 mtrs from ur shop. I had taste several times of Delihi Karims & it was just Awesome on the way of price & Quality. Plz had some justice with the brand. I m so much sorry to write this mssg
The ambiance and location is good. However, with time passing by their quality of food and service has dropped a lot. Very disappointing.
Worst experience. During these puja days I think they are serving their worst food with no shame. Rude behaviour as if it's my fault to come to that restaurant. They have no guilt for serving such disgusting food. PLEASE DON'T GO TO THIS RESTAURANT FOR WASTING YOUR MONEY AND MOOD.
