A very satisfying experience, eating here. Chicken is perfectly cooked juicy and moist. Mutton of high quality. From starter kebabs to curries , nihari and fresh breads like sheermaal and naan everything is delicious indeed. Chicken biryani also very very tasty. Not to miss place for food lovers in Kanpur.
Visited first time Karim's Parade one and that was worst in my all India Karim's Visit. Firstly ordered Chicken Tikka as suggest by staff, taste was fine but roast wasn't eatable, semi cooked later ordered Mutton Stew (Jahangiri) as main course again same thing happened with mutton pieces (u can see in photos also) overall won't suggest to anyone.
Well.... service is always different at various pace - sometimes on time..some times takes a lot of time. Few days had worst exp as light went off completely and had to eat with no fan. They need to improve on customer service on infra on behaviour front they are good. Tried couple of food there and taste is good. You will see a very less or no crowd there even in weekends. We tried nihari khamiri as it says it's a chain of Delhi's karim
Worst experience. They don't have good food quality and service. Very dirty ambience of the restaurant. And most important thing is that their rate of food is very high and the food quality and quantity is very low..... Kindly improve it otherwise no customer will visit you again. I am never going to visit again
Worst I ever had. No electricity, Generator/inverter not working. Worst quality of ghee used. And worst part is that when you complaint about it what you got as an answer ". Aage se mat aana, itna bura lga to". Na restaurant jaisa kch h....na quality h na quantity h....aur Delhi se double expensive. Aur pta nhi kitne din phle rkha hua chicken use krte h.
This place food is amazing if you want to eat amazing non veg than go there and eat . -Food was amazing. - if you are tall thn there might be a problem coz ground to ceiling height is around 5'8" but it's not that even a big problem you can adjust for food.
