Being a non vegetarian I was very excited to visit kareem's as i have heard some really good reviews about their non veg.
Visited on 16/07/2022 for a corporate dinner ( which was planned & ofcourse known to them). We were approx 70 pax.
Started with welcome drink, then soup, then started everything was going good. Actually really liked the starters they served which was chicken tandoori & chicken seekh kebab.
But the maincourse & biryani were pathetic

Butter chicken
The butter chicken was toooo sweet in taste
Chicken karachi
The chicken was looking very tempting but when i had the first bite i realized the gravy used in both the maincourse was same, & it was sweet too.
Butter chicken is sometime sweet here both the maincourse was sweet in taste. Felt like having dinner at desi gujarati wedding ( level of sweetness in maincourse)
The chicken karachi was expected to be little crunchy & spicy but it was a mood off.
Then the chicken biryani was served.
The rice in biryani was little bit burnt & biryani was very dry. The quality of rice can be improved.
Last talking about the service, being in these numbers we were actually not expecting a speedy service but it was the slowest servjce i have experienced.
The staff is not trained well, management needs to look into to maintain the reputation of the restaurant.
The staff was very irresponsive & literally ignoring us like we are here for free food & we are not going to pay them.
After reminding / requesting them about dishes or anything it was not served till last. We were there for almost 2 hours.
This wasnt expected from kareem's.
Cant even recommend somebody due to very bad service.
The starters were saviour or it would had been 2 stars after this experience

Kareem's is a good place to have chicken. The chicken that we had for starter was succulent and perfectly cooked. The main course in which we had chicken Lahori was good, not great but was good. It had a thick red gravy but the chicken was over cooked. Overall, the food is good. When we went the restaurant was deserted and we were skeptical if the food would be good but turned out to be good. Prices are a bit on the higher side.
I would rate it 3.5 stars but as there is no provision for rating .5 stars I am rating it 4.
We went on our anniversary the sabji and naam was awesome but I didn't like the dum biryani much. Take away is more as we were enjoying our food, we saw more than 15 online takeaways. Tip: You can order boneless in any sabji by just Rs30 extra and it's more tasty than bone one. Try it.
The location was good however the atmosphere, service and food are not at par with the location. Chicken dum biriyani was good. We ordered Afghani chicken which was tasteless and not good. Seekh kabab was also okay. I wouldn't recommend going to this place.
The food is good most of times. though sometimes during rush, the taste is not as good. Ambience is okay. Service in weekends is super slow. We waited for 45 mins just for a chicken starter.
Tasteless food...No sense how to make chicken nor cheese naan.If you want to have non veg go to some laari rather than this stupid restaurant.Just making a dish spicy doesn't make it good.
They serve normal naan and sprinkle little cheese over it and then when we complain them they say 'yahaa to aisa he hota hai..' and when that person saw me complaining on google he gave proper cheese naan with stuffing showing complete difference between cheese naan served ealier.
Had a terrible experience..I wouldn't recommend this restaurant for foodies who love non veg.
The entire Menu is well Prepared according to consider the Indian Nonveg people's Need and taste. The quantity and quality is supparb and taste is also delicious. Service is Very nice and staff is also very obedient and well trained. Mr. Raju Vaghela is the person who serves us everything and he is very humble and well trained. Worth visiting the place with family and friends.

Nice ambience and delicious food! Being on a highway, it's a favourite place for many travellers. But not just them, people from the city visit this place quite often. I tried Papad-Methi Sabji, it was delicious. Kathiyawadi options are very tasty.
