A good place in Hoskote for Mangalore style food/meals. Have been here many times. This restaurant is very small and seats only 8 people. They don't serve breakfast. Had chicken oota (oota means meals) , fish oota, chappati,neer dosa and fish curry here. For Chicken/fish oota they serve one neer dosa, rice (boiled rice variety which is served in Mangalore is also available here, we have to specify we want boiled rice else white rice is served), rasam, chutney, gravy (chicken/fish) and Chicken sukka/fish fry. Rate is also decent here, As on October 2023 chicken oota costs Rs 140 and fish oota costs Rs 130. The chutney they serve is a mixture of prawns and coconut and is excellent. Fish curry , chappati and neer dosa is also good here. They also have crab and clams but rarely. Fish masala and fish pulimunchi is also very good here. I stumbled across this place after getting lost trying to find a car washing center. Since then, I've visited this place 4 times. The food here, and I'm being specific about the meals here is top notch and bloody perfect. The fish frys are fried from raw, and I have seen the raw fish selection before asking this place to fry exactly what I want, how many I want. Boiled and steamed rice available. The accompaniments are good too. Every single thing they serve on the plate is amazing. P.s ordered fried rices and kabab one evening, not impressive. Stick to their plate meals, or thalis.. You WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

Waste of the money and Time. They r u not providing menu, if u want to eat definitely ask the menu before u eat. If they don't know definitely will cheat you.

I would've rated 5 stars, but the only reason for deducting 1 star is for the space available there. It's a compact place consisting of 3 small tables. Kundapuri style coastal food.. awesome taste, very humble and friendly hotel owner who's always ready to serve you quick. The only place I eat Fish without fear & feel overwhelmed to find boiled rice fish curry combo. If your in Hoskote or nearby, visit here for osum seafood experience but as I've said the hotel is compact/small place.
