No doubt, it's a good place but you can't click any picture without booking. It's a nature friendly place, you can find various types of birds and butterflies and also can thematic model photography and videography. It's open around 10:00 am to 1 pm and 4:00 pm to 4:30 pm.
Open in nature is a very nice place to picnic. The trees here, the ponds, the old dilapidated houses are really unprecedented. But at night there is a little scary thing
Not that much attractive. One old residential house with one pond and some trees with hell lot of mosquetos. Good for one day small picnic with frnds.

It is an old garden house belonging to the Karanjai family. Now it stands like an uninhabited quiet ghost house. Now this place is given as a shooting and picnic spot for movies and TV serials by taking rent. Drinking water facility is not available here. Be Careful about very old toilet of Karanjai House. Feels like a haunted house. Surrounding this house there are many abandoned forested places and a little decayed bathing pond. This pond was used for bathing when it was inhabited. Now it is abandoned. Almost everything is broken. Now full area is the breeding ground of mosquitoes. No one can stay around after 3 pm due to mosquito bites. However, this uninhabited place is very quiet and calm. In this house there is a Hindu temple of various deities along with garden where daily worship is done. Squirrel and various birds are seen here.

This place is special for me because I didn't come across the place as a shooting or picnic spot, I was a place of wonder for me as a child, the old half abandoned house with the pond and Humongous warehouse. It was a prohibited place for me so gradually it because the breeding ground for the fantasy and conspiracy theories. I hear now it became a picnic spot and the rent it to the film crew.
