The worst experience of travelling ever! The owner (Karan) wants all the details on Whatsapp but misses out on informing about roughly 80% money even before the trip starting. Just because we didn't have cash and were short of 5k when we boarded, he asked the driver to stop the tempo traveller on the highway at 12 in the night! On top of it, we found the most irritating and rude driver (Ram Gopal) who would never listen to you - whether you want to guide him for routes or stop for food. Despite us paying them money, the treatment we got was absolutely pathetic. Never ever book with Karan Tours & Travels - they know nothing about customer service.
