Small Railway station located near Karaikal Beach and The train route from Nagapattinam to karai kal Will be Ultimate as the train runs The stretch of 18 km Side of Sea with Fantastic view of sea...... I have travelled in 16175 Kamban express from chennai to Karaikal to Explore the beauty of Nagapattinam light house view and Harbour view .....

This decent railway station had limited amenities, including only one food stall on platform 1. Auto-rickshaws were available for connectivity, but to catch a bus, a short walk was required.

The station was at renovation, so facilities like drinking water, etc was not available. There was a canteen in the station. Autos were available but we need to walk some distance to get them. Also, the bus stop is not near to the station.

Fantastic place to visit. A small district with nice and friendly people. People here are very disciplined. Clean place with clean beach.

Very nice place. But very hot in summer. Good and beautiful beach is here to enjoy with family and friends

Small station no too much crowd

Pros -very clean station -train leaves on time Con -nothing immediately outside the station.will have to walk min 700 m for a decent restaurant.small shops there in 300 m.
