Place was neat and clean inside. Patients were there but it was not over crowded. Reception staff were friendly and helping. Specially i like Dr. Nanda, one of the best eye specialist i know for more than 20 years now, very professional and friendly in nature. Helps all patients to understand the desease and it's treatment procedure.

Not managed professionally. Forcing the patients to unnecessarily wait for more than 3hrs with scant regard for others valuable time.For check up one has to go to 3rd floor by using a small lift space. Whether you like or not you have to wait for 10 minutes to reach 3rd floor.Not a very good experience for the patients.

One of the finest eye care hospital of Bhubaneswar city. Well experienced doctors available. Management is also good. Prices are reasonable. Hospital timings Monday to Saturday - 9am to 8pm. Overall experience was good.. happy to have a great treatment.

It have a inhouse pharmacy and the opticals. Once you registered your registration will valid for 7days. Always prefer to dial in the contact number for Dr. appointment so there will be no wait during your visit.

Sorry to say this but this is fact of this hospital!! Horrible is the staff and the doctor too. The staff are very bad, rude and careless. Dr Ashok Nanda , he didn't even bother to look at my eyes well. First of all he was in a still vacation return mood from Vietnam. He made me to wait hours together saying busy and I could see him from the glass door , he spending time with many with all his joy sharing and academic works. He also was busy in attending Medical representatives but made the patients waited . And then when he comes, he hardly for 30 seconds examined my eyes and ask me to wait for next visit so that he could examine my eyes well .....Why ? Then he wrote all the expensive steroid eyes drops and many more . Plus he also asked me to go for some light therapy for my dry eyes to escalate tear and I found the equipment brought was new and they tried to experiment on me. He even couldn't guaranteed me that the light therapy will help me . When asked he said if I would b the luckiest person , it may work on me . Dr Ashok Nanda having a fantastic personality but only plays with his beautiful words and he speaks extremely sugar coated words . His diagnosis was also wrong as well the medicines prescribed. Now Iam fine with the treatment at LV Prasad and I found there the doctors are really genuine, truth and dedicated and values patients.

Mr Nanda, the chief doctor of Kar Eye Vision should learn some manners, etiquette and empathy. If you do not have these basic qualities then it is better not to practice this noble profession. My mother went for diagnosis at Kar Eye Vision. She had pain in her eyes. Later we identified that she was also having herpes infection near her eyes. It was because of herpes, her eyes kept swelling. But the way Mr. Nanda treated my mother, when he found out that she had herpes, my heart broke. Mr. Nanda, if you don't know how to treat humans, you do not belong here in this profession.

It is requested to make separate ques for Senior Officers of State and Central Government and their families, doctors and families, next other common patients. Please ensure for smooth functioning of OPD and OTs reducing the resentment of Senior Officers. Namaskar.

Few weeks back I came for the cataract operation of my father. I had an wonderful experience in terms of the system as well as the behaviour of the hospital staffs. Especially Dr. Ashok Nanda who is a down to earth person with polite attitude. He always has a positive insight towards the patient and the problems he goes through. Completely satifactory treatment.
