Went there for cataract surgery for my grandmother. Most money minded and rude doctor. The doctor was polite in beginning, ready to answer queries before opting for cataract surgery, but after operation if you complain about any problem he just says everything is fine, he can't answer to any queries and just told us to go to another doctor if we are not satisfied. Before surgery he says your eyes would be perfect but now the visibility is less than before. Patient compaint of some pain but he doesn't bother, after 3 days of pain, we found some some black partical in eye which he didn't check. They write your prescription and result of surgery before examining the patient.. total medical negligence. DO NOT VISIT if you care for your eyes.

Kapoor hospital is the best eye hospital. My eye operation is successful and Doctors and nursing staff are supporting .

I was looking for a good eye hospital for my mother and came across this hospital after searching on Google, and I would say it was amazing. Experienced doctors with cordial staff, especially Pooja Ma'am, She was humble and helped me in the whole process to navigate from one place to another. Overall, My experience with Kapoor hospital was great and is highly recommended.

Actually i've got laser surgery in january 2022. Now it's exactly 7 months passed but my eyes have not healed yet properly. I am regularly visiting to the clinic and not getting any satisfactory answer...feeling very frustrated and mentally depressed.. Doctor's behavious is good and polite but although i think he is manipulating me for 7 months...

Visited today this hospital, doctor Ajay is good and polite and understand the problem of patients. But the hospital insist the patient's to make spectacles from them only. They do not give the report to patient saying it is for hospital record. So if you ask for clicking pic of report they don't let you do so. Staff is not co operative.

Very poor service, staff is very lazy do not value the visitors time.

The service is poor!! Few days ago, we called and asked for when the doctor's available and the recepient said it won't be Dr Kapoor but "ma'am rahegi" (which we presumed was a female ophthalmologist) We went, got our receipt, paid for it and when we went for the eye consultation, we found out the lady who checked me was not a doctor, rather a nurse or a ward-woman. I asked them if she was an intern or a trainee but no response! We felt duped. Just wanted to put it out there.
