The place is in extreme proximity to the railway station and also close to the airport. It is also just opposite to the most prominent Ruby Hall hospital and hence is is first choice to visitors travelling for work or for health related issues. They have vallet parking which is an added advantage. Every morning they provide buffet breakfast with good spread. The rooms are neat and clean. They also have a conference hall and outdoor/ terrace facility for buffet. The staff is very cooperative and friendly
Nice clean spacious rooms. The room TV is a smart TV on which one can connect OTT services or YouTube and has a good selection of channels via cable tv and one won't be bored if so inclined. The breakfast is good with a good quality of items along with a decent spread with on order dosa and eggs. One small grouse I had was the wastage of water one has to do in order to get running hot water(must be solar heated) in the bathroom. Since there was no bucket provided, one has to leave the shower tap on for nearly 5 mins and it was all (literally) water down the drain. A bucket to save & reuse some of that water will be nice. I checked in late at night and did not ask and also was not informed about breakfast timings, wifi password etc which is okay for frequent travellers but will be a good touch for first timers or less frequent travellers. Overall a good business hotel with good service that will be acceptable to everyone.

Had a rather disappointing experience of my life with Kapila hotel.
Had visited Kapila for a business meeting and gave my car to the valet service provided at Kapila and to my surprise they damaged the car so badly that my cars' bonnet, grill, and bumper had to be replaced. It is my brand new car and the behaviour of the hotel management was really bad. They have behaved as if they have been in such situations before and it does not matter to them. They are showing that their guests possessions and vehicles is not their responsibility. Completely disappointed in the management.
If you value your car, do not give it to them.

I stayed for 2 days over here,the food they serve is amazing in taste. As well there hospitality is damn good. The buffet breakfast they gave as complimentary had many options for vegetarians. Overall a nice stay and it's located at very prime location near railway station.
