Hello to all myself himanshu from karnal I got my squint surgery done at Kapil eye hospital services provided by them were awesome am really happy to visit here all the staff and doctors are very polite helping and caring I recommend everyone to visit once
Staff is cooperative and friendly. Very good choice if you want to get rid of your glasses. I will recommend you should once visit and see Ms. Pooja if you have any question 's, she has very good knowledge and explain everything nicely.
Very poor experience of patients handling. Patient got puzzled after he/she got registration no update at all about their appointment. If someone ask the staff deputed over there they didn't respond at all just say wait. Their should be some token system that should be trackerable while displaying on the screen in the waiting area so that patient can be addressed in better way. They can check when there turn can come. Administration look into the same while treating the patients by doctors.
My daughter got her ICL surgery done from here. The staff was super nice and helpful and it was a seamless experience. Now her eyes are perfect with 6/6 vision with no post surgery issues.
One of the best eye hospitals in the punjab and haryana region. The doctors( Dr. Kapil Vohra and Dr. Maidhavi Sobti) are extremely good and professional . I got my lasik with contoura vision done from KEH really excellent results. Staff was courteous, polite and helpful.
