I was disappointed to find limited parking availability and a neglected washroom area. The lack of parking spaces created inconvenience, and the unclean washroom facilities were not up to standard. It is essential for the management to address these issues to provide a more satisfactory experience for visitors and tenants.

It's here in the heart of Kannur. It's a multi floor complex that houses many offices and shop's. There is a computer centre also

Kaoser complex is one of the oldest and large commercial complex in kannur and is located in the citys heart , Caltex junction.This place is the centre of various social utility institutions like the Akshaya centre , aadhar enrolment centre which makes it a bustling place. The complex also contains internet cafe, sports shop, toy store etc. The district beuro office of one of the leading Malayalam daily Madhyamam also functions here. It also contain an educational institutions specialised in competitive examinations coaching and office of political parties.

Parking is a hassle here. Can't even walk because of the amount of 2 wheelers parked chaotically. No order here.

Good place at the center of kannur town. Many utility areas like education centers, doctors, homeo and ayurvedic pharmacy , kids wears, toys, travel agencies, doctor , etc available
