One of the main shop I used to visit whenever I visit Sulthan Bathery(my wife house is here). But the attitude of the person who was(blue shirt and black pants) at billing counter today(14th July 2023) was having very bad towards customers. I know it was a busy day but which should not affect the customers. We went there to exchange an item which brought on this morning, but this guy was very arrogant and asking why you guys haven't checked it before purchase. It was already informed to salesgirl that we will exchange if the size is not suitable as we were unable to check it from the shop. But this guy was asking us to find out the sales girl who agreed it. I was at parking at the time otherwise this could have went in wrong direction. Later my wife saw the sales girl and sorted it, but I dono why the management keep such kind of people at the billing session. It will hardly impact your business.

I gave order for stitching a v neck blouse with photos and measurements..but they stitched boat neck. Boat neck was good. But the requirement was not fullfilled
