I have been visited to Kanva for bone densitometry scan, B3 sec scaning madam politely explained the procedure details, treated well

The centre is organized well. One place where all our tests can be taken and the results will be sent via Whatsapp on time. I reached the centre for a blood test and the staffs were very friendly. They even gave me an estimate of the cost before the test so we can plan accordingly. Please visit this centre for an error free clear test report on time!

Called Kanva diagnostic, Rajaji Nagar branch, at 10 am, asked if x-ray, blood test will be done today and it's for my 3 and half year old kid, they told yes service is available, per the timings till 1:30 pm we reached 12 :20 pm , the representative madam at the counter said only blood test will be done , no x-ray. When I mentioned I had called to check, she started shouting when you called and when you came. I said timing is till 1:30 pm per your online page, and you never mentioned early closing when we called. Taking a sick , small kid to centre is not similar to adults going for tests. Instead of understanding and realising their fault of not informing timings properly they are arrogant on the patient. Rude , careless desk representative at the ground floor office, billing are

Had visited the place for a scan. The staff were cordial and guided us through the process patiently, starting from billing till completion of the procedure. The processes were simple and quick. Hygiene could have been better in the washroom.

Just Before 2,3 days we visited canva diagnostic for HSG test very worst experience....they did HSG test in very worst manner no staf was there no any professional staff 4th grade staff helped to do the hsg....and no support for leg lifting one most worst things happen they did it without anesthesia ..she gave one pain killer tab(4th grade staff) nd injection by nurse I asked which medicine is it she said pain killer thats it... and after giving 2 min of injection and medicine they did hsg test atleat they should wait for 20-30 min it was too painful i was shout ing bcz of painwithout privacy one guy came in between for x-ray...very rude and stateforward behaviour after test I was not able to stand or sit they send me nd told like sit and wait for reports without any staff I was not too scared #very bad experience

One stop shop for all lab scans. Its the go-to place for all residents in & around Rajajinagar. It has around 3-4 floors loaded with different types of scans. I have taken atleast 4 of my family members for scans on different occassions.

Two members of my family got endoscopy done at this Rajajinagar centre. The reception members downstairs ( at endoscopy lab) were excellent. They were kind, professional and very thorough in verifying details and providing information.The technician and doctor who did the procedure were excellent as well. Overall they maintained timings and we were very happy.

Horrible experience. I came with my mother for an emergency MRI and the staff behaved very rudely without understanding. They were not even ready to listen to our problem. Horrible reception. Previously also similar reviews have been put and the reply has come that you have spoken to the staff. There has been no use. Such poor hospitality and soft skills from your staff. Made us wait for 3 hours after explaining that it is an emergency. Couldnt do anything as we had already paid the money. There was a front office staff, one guy in blazer and two ladies (who looked like medical professionals but didnt behave like that) none of whom responded properly Dont go here if you dont want to be treated badly
