THE WORST JEWELLERY SHOP Ive ever visited. Here are some points to take care before even entering into this un professional jeweller. 1) The gold rate here is 3-4% higher than the overall surat market 2) They make fake promises and call you after your first visit providing fake statements regarding discounts and everything else 3) Once you go 2nd time for finalising all the jewellery they will literate kill your time by only speaking and speaking. 4) They will start making bill before closing time and they will ask for the higher prices even though they promised to give discount 5) They will make sure thay you dont go to other jewellery shop the same day. They will kill your time by just fooling around. 6) Once its time for closing they will say that our price is this if you want to buy at this rate please buy otherwise you can go and buy somewhere else. 7) by doing all these steps they successfully kill your time and your energy of going somewhere else in the market. These all steps have been faced by me in this marriage season. The higher authority person called me providing fake promises that they will give exact same gold rate and same labour rate as their competitors. At the end of the booking they totally changed their behaviour and their language and started telling the same thing that this is our rate we can not do anything else in this. They wasted 3 whole days and at the end they have shamelessly did this unprofessional and unacceptable thing. I can not do anything else in this matter but hope this review may save a lot of people's time. YOU SHOULD BE SHAMEFUL OF YOUR ACTS AND DONT MAKE FOOL OF YOUR CUSTOMERS IF YOU HAVE ANY DIGNITY LEFT.

Very bad experience...I never recommend this jwellers guys. They took 2500 rupees extra of market gold. The second day we realised that they took 2500 rupees more than market good rate.And they didn't inform client and make bills.Also we trusted on jwellers blindly but at the last time trust was broken. We understand that your policy is different about taking gold rate but at least you should inform client. Highly not recommended with bad experience......

We came here specially from Ahmedabad ...they have exhibition in Ahmedabad..so we like these exclusive jwellery....The staff is having knowledge about jwellery explain everything...if you are buying for marriage a must visit showroom..

One of the best showroom in surat located at parle point surat with Very nice interior. Gold, polki & diamond collection is awesome. Rates are also competitive & designing is best among all jewellers in gujarat. Great ambience & disciplined staff also.

I advise no one should go this place. If we go there for buying one thing, than many different staff will attend you from beginning to exit. We get confused what to do and what not. We fill insecure there.

Great collection of Gold Jewellery with latest designs. Rates are also good as compared to others. Showroom interior is also good. Staff is also very good very kindly to everyone.

I visited this store to buy neckless for my mom. 3-4 staffs were showing collections during purchase. They were super desperate to sell us something on that day, but i feel they were forcing my mom to try different product which she does not like. We selected a neckless but wanted to customize a bit. So we paid some deposit. They called us to get our neckless, and the finishing was very very poor, as it was being noticed clearly. So we told them to fix that, It has been around 2 months already. Next time we went and there was a different sales person, who took an hour to figure out the matter with neckless and eventually the neckless was as it is like before, i asked them to give me deposit and they were keep talking about fixing neckless. POOR FINISHING, DON'T RESPECT TIMELINE! DON't go to this store there are many other stores in SURAT.

Very poor after sales service, they don't respect timeline commitment at all and harass consumers. During purchase, all the sales staff are super helpful and friendly but once you buy something, they won't pay any heed to your requests and different sales team members provide different timelines. Finishing of the jewellery is not at all upto the mark despite higher than average making charges. Won't recommend this store at all
