I had the most delightful experience at this hotel! The food was exquisite, a culinary journey that satisfied every taste bud. The chefs' creativity and attention to detail were evident in every dish, making dining a true pleasure. Insane disappointment. Please read below and save yourself from a disaster Recommend everyone not to go here and do not waste your money. Dirty towels, dirty bathrooms, broken mirror, missing TV remote control. No lift . Old quality poor interior. The restaurant said paper is finished for printing bill. And we are waiting for almost 60 min to settle the bill due to the poor mismanagement of restaurant. Reception staff is completely untrained. Management and owners must look into this. Travelling so far away for this hotel people expect some out of the way service and experience. We were given wrong bills after waiting for so long. If you are on a trip to Hampi, plz get some hotel close to the city area. Do not fall for the trap by looking at the photos

There's nothing less than 5 star what they deserve. I have stayed here with my family twice in the span of one week and there's not a single negative thing we could find. I travel extensively throughout India with my pet and this place has become my recent favourite for sure. Yes they r pet friendly and the staff actually love animals.. The property is huge and full of greenery, squeaky clean and is beautiful in every possible way. They have a multi cuisine restaurant where u get yummy delicacies throughout the day. Breakfast spread was flawless with ample options to choose from. They have a park, water park , spa , swimming pool and what not. A simple walk around the property will make u feel rejuvenated. The cottages r beautifully and artistically designed with utmost priority to comfort and quality. Our cottage had 2 huge bedrooms, one washroom, a verandah and a dressing room. Parking was right in front of our cottage. There's nothing in this place which u would dislike so just pack your bags and experience this luxurious stay. We wish them all the very best . May they flourish well!

Very spacious room, balcony, and bathrooms, though they lack a little bit of polish. Peaceful location. Resort is over a large area, which is good. Breakfast buffet has good choice. Service in restaurant and room cleaning service is average. Staff is polite but need to be trained better.

The rooms are crazy big and good. Breakfast is AWESOME! The restaurant food we can buy is not that great. Location is a bit far from any facilities but the staff helps us in everything. Water and drinks are charged extra. Swimming pool and the amusement park type setup is small and not maintained

We stated here for two nights. The location is sarisfsctory. The rooms are clean but ill equipped. The problem is with the attitude of the staff and particularly the manager, who is supposedly some lady. We had problem with hit water supply. For two days though we complained, it was not rectified. On the final day, they requested us to take bath in a different room in our corridor!!!!. That room was not cleaned. It was very embarassing, particularly for lady members to go to another room through corridor. The manager herself being a lady, hopefully could understand this...I hope. I got fed up and took the manager's number and called. She cut the call. When I went to reception, he apologised and asked me to have complimentary breakfast as a compensation. I said I want to meet the manager. I waited for almost an hour, but she didn't turn up. The receptionist told that he was helpless and he could do only this. Then we left as it was getting late. Subsequently, I called yo speak to manager just to convey that things are to be ensured and other guests should not face the problem as I did.... But again, she probably refused to speak, as one of the staff members just told me that she would inform the manager. This indifferent attitude is unacceptable

Enjoyed it As we do it everytime we visit Awesome ambiance. We enjoyed the Waterpark food was yammmy. Keep up the good work
