Best budget room to stay. Room are neat and clean, staff's are being friendly and supportive. Car parking is not available as of now (23/07/23) due to metro work, easily assessable for 2 wheeler. Check with reception for car parking. I hope it's a couple friendly hotel also suitable for single stay.

Rooms are smaller than they seems to be in the images. Food was okaish. About the location, it was really difficult to reach the place by a car as the entire road to the entrance is under maintenance. I had to walk to the hotel with my heavy bags. Hopefully that is temporary. There was no restaurant for dine in, when asked food was brought to the room. Best highlight is that they facilitates late check-ins (I did call them before arriving to ensure this) so its convenient when your flight is arriving early mornings. I reached the hotel by 3AM and had no issue checking in to the hotel, apart from the fact that the receptionist was asleep on the floor, so I had to wake him up to do the check-in procedure.

The rooms are neat and tidy and the hotel staff and room service is also polite and responsive. The hotel doesn't provide lunch or dinner as there is no kitchen so you have to eat either outside or order online.

there are many remarks:1. Metro works going on. so road blocked. you have to walk 1km with your luggages. if you have any old people are walking trouble person, this place is nightmare for you.2. lift is 20 years old model. you have to close the door every time. if anybody open the lift door from another room, they call you from ground floor and tell you to close.3. no water facility. bathroom accessories are broken. per day one time only they load the water.4. everywhere they monitoring you via cameras. so no privacy.5. don't expect water bottle, shampoo , soap and all. overall it's worst area.

I booked and paid the room rent amount online through make my trip but when I reached the hotel around midnight 12.30am, this person refused to give me a room saying that I was late by half an hour and the room had been given to another guest. I agree that I was late but don't they have the courtesy to call and check with me about my arrival timings. Despite paying the entire room rent online, I was denied room. Very pathetic service.

Am there for almost five days from now and the stay is good. Room size is very small but got a king size bed, wardrobe, utility table, chair, coffee kettle & provisions, sanitiser and toiletries. House keeping is good and the washroom is clean with a geyser for hot water. Linen and towels are little worn out. TV, Ac and Wifi are functional and in good condition. Location is central and have lot of eating joints and commuting is easy. Limited staff restricts the service part. But people are good and ready to help. Overall comfortable stay. No disturbance and lot of privacy.

Fraudulent people denied room for arriving late despite paying money online through cleartrip. 1am at night I went searching for rooms in other hotels nearby. Useless manager and service person

Hotel with the worst service i have ever seen. Totally money minded. Booked and paid through make my trip but they charged me Rs 500 more for arriving late or they are denying room at midnight. Being late at night i had no option rather than paying an extra amount.
