I thoroughly enjoyed my stay the room was lovely, and the service impeccable. The bathroom was spotless and tidy, offering a comfortable experience. Considering the price, it was undeniably worth it. The receptionist was exceptionally kind and attentive, making our visit all the more pleasant.

I recently booked 14 rooms at Kannur Residency for my wedding guests. During the booking process, I explicitly informed the staff that our guests would be checking in late and would only check out after the wedding program, and they agreed to this arrangement. However, it wasn't a case of miscommunication; rather, the hotel staff failed to honor the agreed-upon terms. They later informed our guests that they must check out by 12:00 pm without notifying us. This experience was highly disappointing and unprofessional, leading to significant discomfort and inconvenience for our guests. It was a truly disappointing experience, and better management of reservations and guest expectations is needed

One of the best hotels I stayed in terms of Cleanliness and customer services. I stayed one night 23rd July. About a kilometer far from Kannur Railway station, it provided a peaceful stay. Staffs are very friendly. Softdrinks etc are served to room only on MRP and no extra charges. They arranged a cab from Go Yaatra Kannur for our trip. Cab service was also very good. Lift facility is not available. So if you are traveling with elders, call them and confirm room availability at ground / first floor before booking. Overall good experience. Privacy

Very Clean and Tidy rooms in a budget friendly manner . Easily accessible from Kannur Rly Station and free from traffic and congestion. Mr. Rajiv and Mr.Pavithran were very friendly and cooperative during the stay and the services were really awesome. 24/7 support was there during my recent long weekend (Oct 02) stay. Thank you very much for your amazing services as my Kannur trip was much memorable . Definitely I would recommend this to my friends and everyone.[OK]

One of the finest experience up to date. The rooms are clean, washrooms are just like brand new and Bedsheets are changed regularly. The highlight is the respect and courtesy the have towards customers. THE STAFF ESPECIALLY GREESHMA MAM WAS FRIENDLY AND TOOK GOOD CARE OF MY GRANDMOTHER--they helped her in all the possible ways. Can't forget the hospitality we recieved in Kannur. We availed a family room (AC) for 5 members at best price. Good thing is that it is close to Payyambalam beach and popular SEAFOOD hotels such as Odhen's, Pulari, Karthik and Ananda (within 1km vicinity).

Loved the place. Easy access from railway station. Quite reasonable for the spacious, well maintained rooms and the excellent services. I would certainly suggest this place to my friends
