Kannan's Mohan Sweet Stall - Sweet shop in Singanallur - Coimbatore, India

Good place to buy sweets and snacks which almost looks, feels and tastes like home made. Cost is marginally less than other franchised sweet shops. Shop was clean and well maintained, most importantly there were no house fly troubles there. We ordered sweets and snacks for 4 family and had to go through the though task of deciding what to buy, it almost took us 20 mins but the workers were polite and helped us by giving samples for tasting. The shop is located at a very busy junction where traffic jams are very common and finding parking space when you use car is gonna take some toll on you.

One among the best sweet stall in Coimbatore , having a very large regular cliental base. My favourite Zelopi ,Muckan bada , and murukku varieties are awesome yummy items.

Mundhiri cake and and Thattai used to be the signnature snacks in 1980's.It was prepared by the owner's mom personally. It's been around 40 years since I visited the establishment.Not sure about the present standards. The 5 star is for the snacks tasted 40 years back.!!!!!!!!

You can get the traditional south Indian sweets and savories here. Jalebi is like from the seventies and so is the thatta murukku more like home made. The style and taste has remained the same for more than four decades! The munthiri cake is a best seller. The pricing is moderate .

Very worst service. They are billing for each and every gram, but they are not selling the sweets in pieces. Hate the shop
