it is really a nice hospital for the poor and middle class pupil. Doctors will be available with twenty four hours. Hospitality and patient caring is really appreciable. Doctor's fees is really offordable. One of the best hospitals in Cuddalore.

Booked token for pediatrics doctor at 6 PM, but no news about doctors arrival, when enquire with nurse, she's answering irresponsible, like, if you want to cancel, proceed to other. I thought, one of the best hospitals in Cuddalore but seems these characters of nursing staff will spoil the hospital name. Management needs to take action immediately to keep the good reputation. Today 16. 01 .2022 evening, my wife and myself came for a general check up, who is 25 weeks pregnant. Initially, I went to the reception and received a receipt for one hundred rupees. Two people were waiting in front of me to see the doctor and then I came third and there were 6 people behind me saying they were all recommended by the person Lenin to meet the doctor immediately, where we all were waiting for a longer period. More than three times, I went to the reception and complaint about it, but there is no response from them. Later, there became a quarrel between two people, one who were standing for a longer time with us and the other who came by saying lenin's name. After that heavy quarrel, one staff came and collected all the receipts and started sending us according to the bill number wise. Therefore, I kindly request you to have a proper token system to avoid such quarrel in future. The person "lenin"'s name was often used by many times. Kindly take necessary action on him. Thank you sir

We went for my mother's diabetic leg issue. At a time thumb was gangrene. But hospital was not treated and asked for covid test. They didn't give any medicine also. After 2 days we went with results ( negative). When we see that time completing leg was affected even this condition that doctor was not believing the govt covid report and still he didn't agreed to give treatment. Then we went to some other hospital. Due to the negligence and lack of knowledge and irresponsible behaviour of that doctor my mother lost her leg.dont choose this hospital. Very worst. If the doctor acts with responsibility my mother may lost only the thumb not the entire leg. Karma will give the right pay for your irresponsible act.

This was a good hospital those days but not anymore. ICU facilities at this hospital are very worst. Nurses are very careless and not friendly towards patients. It seems anyone can enter the ICU and you can find mosquitoes and flies inside ICU. Sometimes nurses braid flowers inside ICU. This is the first time am seeing these inside an ICU and I'm shocked.
