Dear Sir/Madam I am very regular customer to your store in Dwarakanagar Vizag. Many times I had a bad experience with sales person. They are not showing any interest to show the sarees or dresses and each time they tell me no new stock all the stuff is the same. Also ask me to come back after sometime. They talk such a way that the customer will walk out of the store. Today I requested the manager to show some sarees coz no sales persons are not available in any ground floor section. Also I noticed some sales person talk to me very rudely without any showing any respect. Please look into the matter and advise them to behave respectfully and decently. Thank you Rani
Learn to respect your customers. Your sales staff needs to know how to treat people as a customer. When we went today we were asked not video call to show materials which we obliged, when we went to take a personal call your staff was harrassing us saying we were video calling. It shows not come to your shop ever again and damaging your brand.
