The room was very clean. Loved their location. Night view of the fort from their roof top is amazing. Overall we had a comfortable and memorable stay. Thank you Kankariya heritage.
Rooms were neat and clean. Although everything was great but it was not frndly in providing service as I have a 7 months baby and the kettle in the room was smelly. Even after requesting them to change the kettle and provide a clean one as we need to use it for the baby they did not support with any help. Rest everything was good. We are not aware about the quality of food as we did not use there dining.
Talking about the positives of this place are the views from the terrace. You can see the fort which looks gorgeous at night when lit up. Then there's Jaswant Tada, clock tower - ghanta ghar, Gulab Sagar, step well and the blue corridor, all of which are a sight to behold. The rooms and bathrooms are clean but a little musty. Might be because it rained the day we checked in. The unacceptable part was the rooms were not kept ready and were closed when we checked in at around 8 pm. Because the rooms were closed and not ready it felt more musty. Food here is absolutely below average interns of taste, service and pricing. There was no vegetable other than cabbage in veg hot and sour soup which we had to send for re-heating as it was not hot. Parathas served were cold and re-heated. The kitchen and service are on different floors and there was only one staff running around to get and serve the food which made it even more delayed and cold. Lastly, this place is 600 to 700 mtrs from main market area where you will get awesome food at 1/3 rd the price. Like mishralal sweets and all which are famous all over for their rabdi and butter lassi. It felt a little sad that this place is missing that heart and soul of a good kitchen because only good views don't follow the heart.
A great hotel with not so great location. I stayed here from 9th September 2023 to 11th September 2023. Everything about this hotel was excellent(rooms, terrace view, staff, food, interior, evening cultural events, complimentary tea/coffee, vibe) except the location. Hotel is situated within narrow streets of sardar market. It is difficult to go thereby car.The surrounding area nearby to hotel is very dirty and smelly.. garbage dumps and stray dogs everywhere which made it very difficult to walk to the main market.
They have good location and rooms ..really happy with the stay ..but there is always room for improvement..and it is food I guess..I'm not that satisfied with the food..cause they serve same breakfast everyday
