This is very old shop they have good reputation and good variety of jewellery but their behavior towards customer is very bad if you are not rich enough to buy something expensive you don't deserve respect, they will laugh at you, make fun of you and also whisper with other salesman. Not even salesman but the whole staff is like that only some are rude some are like this. I want to let the salesman know that I think you also belong from poor family so don't disrespect the customer. Customer can feel humiliation and maybe they won't come again. Think about it.
Poor staff service and jewellery collection. Beware of the things that shows and actually are... like on an earring I saw the tag showed 22k gold and was actually of 18k. Poor management. Opaqueness in billing and charges. Worst ever jewellery shop I have visited so far in Varanasi.
Horrible experience at this shop! They seems to have a good design collection (they say it often - you will not find this kind of collection in the entire Banaras) but totally lack in customer service. After we shorlisted a few pieces to purchase, the salesman called his big boss who was extremetly rude and in his own world somehow. On top of this, what shocked me was that at the end of our conversation, a woman came to me with a tablet and started asking questions like what you think of our collection, service etc. and when I checked her tablet, she was rating "five stars" on everything ON MY BEHALF. When I questioned and stopped her, she said it's a simple social media survey which they will be posting online ON MY BEHALF. Pathetic!
Best Jewellery Shop In Varanasi. Lovely collections they have. The unique thing about them is they make the shopping experience very comfortable and pleasant. We are offered famous Banarasi cuisines like lassi, chat ,etc. Which adds on to the shopping experience. Plus they provide their customers with the complementary parking at their Godowlia Store which also is a unique and welcoming offering. Thank you Trueso for such an amazing experience.
Thw ambience is quite good, the staff community is quite helping and the prices are up to date to market too. After all the articles are the best here.
Liked everything except the rate of 18 carrat gold should be on the basis of 22 carrat gold as per calculation but that was not case here
