Updated review: They went ahead and adjusted a credit on my recent order and also made sure the items were packed well and quality was better. They have also kept me updated time to time and made sure there are no inconveniences. It shows they care for their customers and clients. I honestly was so happy with my first two shipments. After that the quality of the pieces I was receiving started declining. But I still kept ordering giving them the benefit of the doubt because I truly liked their designs and how quickly they would have my shipments sent to me. But I am truly so unhappy with them and I don't think I will further continue my business with them. My most recent shipment I received damaged items which can be easily solved with either a refund or replaced items but they still can't seem to solve it. On my previous items there were damaged pieces but i was told that every piece gets checked before getting shipped but clearly not. Mr. Umesh made it seem as if it was broken after I received it. I have pictures to prove everything and I am so unhappy with them at this point that I will no longer continue to order from them unfortunately. Dates on my pictures will prove when I received my packages and how I complained to them the same day of receiving the shipping my packages.
