Kanha - Bakery and Cake Shop in Bokaro Steel City - Bokaro, India

I am the customer still from startup of shop by some days i am noticing that food quality going low day by day and price increases day by day. Very bad experience Today me and my sister visited and order one paneer pizza 1. Rate is too high 2. Quantity low 3. Bad taste 4. Quality rating 2/10 Staff behaviour is very bad

The worst bakery shop ever..the staff is very rude he doesn't listen either today I was to wait fo more than 15 mnts for a pizza which costed me 120 rs which was too much for a bakery pizza one can get better options with good quality nd price..the owner was so rude that he didn't have the manner to talk..if u will ask anything then he will ignore never seen such a worst shop prices are too high

Bakery is good enough, but the staff behaviour is not good. He is not polite to the customers. So it doesn't matter Bakery is good, if they don't behave properly with their customers. I will never visit their again and also I advise this to my family, relatives and friends. There is many more bakery shop in Bokaro to visit like Sugar and ice is the best in City Centre Bokaro. I suggest to peoples, the same can happen with you all. Don't visit there, as I don't have personal problem with shop, but when I visit shop for a cake, then the staff started showing attitute and behaved rudely to me. He said if you need then stay for 10 minutes otherwise go somewhere else. I was just asking the price and varieties of cake which was not there, but inside the freezer.

Sent the cake and that also the wrong one, even after cancelling the order 3 times

I have purchased 3 veg burger ...I ask for hot burger as already they are closing the shop but they told wait sir we will give ...I told please give hot burger but they given cold burger we are not able to eat ......I am fully disappointed from kanha ....I never suggest any one to buy any product .....try for another shop instead of kanha this is my first and worst experience...I will give negative 5 star

Overall Its good. Taste is also good. But the only issue with prices...to costly... Like every bakery items cost is incr by 6,7rs. Sliced cake cost is incr. By 10,15rs. B-Day Cake cost is incr by 50,60rs... Kindly reduce the price or incr your food quality.. Other wise one of best cake shop.

Please do check before buying any ready to eat product. I ate here 5-6 times. 2 times it was good but after that 2 times i ordered from here via Swiggy they sent stale food. And the 5th time also they did the same. So do sake how may days old ediable item they are having before buying. Cakes are of good quality.

Earlier quality of snacks is good but now they only focus on earning not on quality....Even cakes and pastries quality are not upto their price....
