I went there for rent bridal lehnga. I didn't like any lehnga at last the owner and his wife was like you cannot get this kind of lehngas from whole northern. His Wife was so rude, no sense of customer service, she was so stupid. I don't know what was your name Miss but you are the worst salesman woman i have ever met. She was like take it or get out. She speaks herself as a owner but there was not even 1 quality of owner. I wish i can give you less than 1 star. After liking 1 lehnga she didn't mentioned the price she said i will let you know after getting measurement but what if its not in my price range.

Came with my sister and fiance for jewellery buying after suggestion from my relative. Staff named resham dealt is very well and help us choose best pieces. Most interesting part because of which I'm writing this review my sister had some broken pieces of jewellery which she bought from Canada. They fixed them all without any extra cost

Got sherwani for my brother on rent and the dress for me on his wedding. The owner Mr Vineet himself showed us their collection and make us choose best. The best part is that they provide trials of outfits before function. Their tailors were also very cooperative. The fitting was very good.

First time i took a dress on rent. Was bit scared. I chose a dress in sea green colour. My function was on friday and i received call from them on monday for the trial. When i tried the dress i found it perfect fit was more than happy. Thank you all staff and kangan tailors.

I had my life's worst experience. I bought jewelry for my 3 special events of my wedding which was worst 45,000 rupees. But i feel that i made a mistake, as the jewelry was not worth it ... Wore my shagan ceremony's jewellery which literally broke while i was doing brunch after engagement ceremony and my husband literally said to me .. what kind of useless jewelry u got .. about my bridal jewelry, early morning at 8 am, i found out that one pair is broken so i had to put it together with thread while i was getting my makeup done... it was such a hassle. Interestingly, when my Mom went to complain about it later, they were rude to my mom and said oh makeup artist must have done something to the jewelry.. No discount .. no return of money .. no apologies when my mom asked to return the jewelry. DONOT BUY ANYTHING FOR KANGAN JEWELLERS .... Please

Went kangan for my shagun dress and then for my bridal lehanga on rent. Thanks to their dealer shivali who helped me select the best outfit for my special day. When i visited for my trial everything was perfect, thanks to their tailor Nirmala.

Worst store ever. I could have given negative star if google allowed me Veenet claims the store provides great services in whole northerner area and great products- ITS A BIG LIE. It was my mistake i paid in full, I went for my trial, mind it , it was 2 days before my actual function with diwali holidays. It was torn and not dry-cleaned just awful.. its better off to get someone services. They said they will put patches on it... imagine that being said for your dress on your big day... The worst part is the denial on the part of Veenet with worst possible customer service. Before taking the full payment he made such big promises and deliver nothing. STAY AWAY and Do yourself some good.
