Very Bad hospital in vasai-virar. They are only look for wholesome money from patients not for their better health. Their slogans should actually say - charging for not only our staff's live..but also for quality of our staff's.

!!! If you are going for cashless, be vigilant towards your bill. !!! My wife was referred to this hospital, she was admitted for 5 days and for that they had made final bill of 81000 rs. When I got message from insurance company about final bill, I was sure that there is something fishy in the bill which they have claimed. After argument when I asked them to show the final bill, that time I have come to know that they have purposely increased the bill amount, so they can get their desired amount approved. When I asked them about these inordinate charges, they first pretend that everything is charged as per the treatment given to patient. However, after a long argument they have accepted that they have increased the charges so I can get the deposit amount back which I had paid at the time of admission. But the question is, did they take patient / Relative into confidence before doing such goof ups? I could have ignored about the final bill, if patient would have feel 1% improvement in her condition Only what I would say about this hospital, if are choosing this hospital for treatment and availing cashless facility, check your bill at the time of discharge. Looking at the bitter experience, I will never refer this hospital to my dear ones.

Disappointing Experience in an Accidental Case I recently had an unfortunate experience at K & K Hospital. My feedback is specific to the handling of an accidental case, which left me quite dissatisfied with the service provided. I understand that medical professionals face challenging situations, but I was disappointed by the unnecessary changes made once the nature of the case became apparent. It seemed like the initial approach was altered without a clear reason, and this led to confusion and delays in the treatment process. I found Dr. Sunil Mishra's(Doctor), Sakina(receptionist) demeanor to be quite rude, which was disappointing and contributed to a negative overall experience.

Nursing Staff is excellent and dedicated. Housekeeping is very good. doctors are professional and gave confidence to the patients all staff, and doctors are excellent Please keep up the good work service and treatment is very good. Thank you for taking care of my wife & beby girl

Recently I visited routine checkup of my Dad, taken appointment 5 days before, my dad is a cancer patient this the worst experience I faced in that hospital, cancer doctor not visited, the assistant doctor told us to do ECG & XRAY we done that after when we came home, we tried to connect to main doctor that's is consultant in that hospital he told, I did not told to do any thing like ECG and XRAY. And we stayed @7:30 Am to 9:40 am approx 2 hrs 40 mins. They fooled us for billing. Very bad staff with assistant doctor and admin dept.

Best services provided by doctors and even staff also .I will give 10/10 to this hospital.

I wanted to take an appointment to visit this Hospital But after reading the reviews of other visitors I would never recommend anyone this Hospital. The main reason may be the bad service or rude attitude or looting system of the management But THE MOST SHOCKING is the reply that the Hospital management mentions on reviews with bad statements. It is so shocking to read the replies.... The Hospital has hired a person to reply on reviews who has an intention to rudely humiliate , be disrespectful, curse ... the replier uses rude words like poor mentality, can't afford then go to government hospital for free treatments, prays for visitors mental health improvements.... Every reputed or renowned hospital in India respects their visitors / patients and offers apologies for dissatisfaction or not being able to serve better and promises for improvements BUT SERIOUSLY!!!! THIS IS THE FIRST HOSPITAL THAT I HAVE COME ACROSS THAT CURSES AND USES RUDE WORDS TO HUMILIATE AND DISRESPECT PEOPLE WHO WRITE TRUE REVIEWS ABOUT THEIR PATHETIC EXPERIENCE AT THE HOSPITAL. SOMEONE NEEDS TO TAKE A SCREENSHOT OF RUDE REPLIES AND FILE A COMPLAIN AT THE HUMAN RIGHT COMMISSION AND POST THE SAME SCREENSHOT ON TWITTER FOR THE WHOLE WORLD TO KNOW
