Kanchrapara Railway Hospital - Government hospital in Kanchrapara - 24 Paraganas North, India

The environment of Kanchrapara Railway Hospital is very good, it is for railway employees, here first railway people are referred and then civilians are also seen. Where very clean and tidy has also been taken care of, there is also a waiting hall, I went here to get the dose of vaccine, as well as there is a chart in which the doctors of which diseases are sitting on which day. There is also an ambulance facility.Here all the doctors in different rooms, who will see which disease in which room.

Management is very poor. There is no transperency of treatment given to the patient. Staff is very illmannered with patient's attendants...there is no professionalism..wards are very unhygienic and .no carbolisation is done, u can see stray animals (cats and dogs) staying with the patient under their bed No code of medical ethic is being followed by staff like they are using same nasal prongs and nebulization mask for all patients.they are just wasting funds given by government.

Bogus staff are available here , they clean the hospital in ages. You will see blood bags , syringes , bandages etc in the floor no management cares about it. Illiterate staffs will give only saline water once admit it doesn't matter what problem patient have. Here doctors never recommended for any advance test. Local illiterate people they take to manage the wards , they don't even know properly how to use injection. Why they are running this hospital just only for harassment of patient & their family

Even after almost an year of restrictive OPD, this hospital could not effect their strength on speciality. Neuro OPD and ENT are not yet re-functionalised by projecting difficulties due to COVID which is ridiculous when the entire world has moved ahead for all pharmaceutical and hospital helps. The authorities should get the earnestly required OPDs back to work.

This hospital is only for railway employees and this hospital gives good facilities to the patients and medicine is given free of cost in this hospital.

Nice hospital with an ambulance facility of 24 hour x 7 days .

Provide good service for minor issues. Location is also good near to Kanchrapara Rail Station.
