Perfect example for an excellent resort.. Great staffs who know how to treat the customers.. View from the balcony is just amazing.. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. For Over all experience i must say, i m giving 5/5.
I had the pleasure of staying at Kanbay Beach Resort, and I must say it was an incredibly comfortable experience. The manager and the entire team deserve high praise for their exceptional hospitality. Overall, my stay at Kanbay Beach Resort exceeded my expectations, thanks to the manager and the dedicated team. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable beachfront getaway.
Location is exquisite. The resort ticks all the points necessary to make it exceptional. Good job by the management, staff , caretakers. Warm and friendly staff, food we can manage through Zomato and Swiggy.And tea coffe is available all the time I recommend this place to family n friends. After check in the caretaker will come and check about our comfortability . Welcome drink provided neat and well maintained
The location of the stay is amazing. You get to hear the soothing sound of the ocean hitting the rocks. The sea view rooms have an amazing view of the sea. There was a function organized on the same day of our booking(reception) which spoiled the whole ambiance as the music was very loud. They should take consent of guests before booking functions or they should not give the stay to anyone on those days because the loud music and people will spoil the whole idea of vacation and we will not be able to hear the ocean at all. The rooms are ok(they can be maintained a little more well maintained) but the bed was comfortable.
I have been traveling to Kannur a lot of times and have stayed at the best hotels and resorts but recently I had to book to stay at Kanbay beach resort... I had the worst experience dealing with the staff, they are rude, don't have the decency, and courtesy, and are not hygienic. they don't respond kindly and speak badly to your face. this will probably be the worst experience of all time... i would definitely not recommend to any decent family to stay here. trust me you will regret dealing with the staff here.
Superb ambience and privacy for outdoor events. Doesn't have idea about rooms and services. Last month I had been conduct an Haldi event, It was an memorable moments for both families, kanbay resort ambience enhance the party vibe.
Everything about this place is exceptional. The location of this place makes it outstanding, and it's very convenient to reach the beach. It's got the best aesthetics a beach resort can have. The customer service they provide makes you never wanna leave. It has great views, great customer service, great rooms. Would recommend this place 10/10
Recommended. At a peaceful corner next to coastline line where the soothing roar of the waves keeps you Calm and happy is situated this wonderful resort. Clean and hygienic ac rooms, The campus is well maintained and not crowded. The staff is helpful and warm. The standard maintained is good and I got a good offer on my room through online booking.
