If you want to get looted or want your car to perform even worst after service, send your car to their service center. They change their statement back to back. I will never ever visit them back. Better to take my car to other dealer even if I need to travel to other cities for that.

I live in Gwalior and I have got my car serviced many times at Samadhia ford in Gwalior. The steering was tilted in my car. Those who left the tomb and could never make it right. Whereas once the people of Jhansi Ford i.e. the people of Canal Ford left my problem, I am quite impressed. Samadhiya Ford could never solve this problem of my car

I have visited here 2 times, I am from near morena (around 200km away from kanal ford) First Visit on 25th of June and reached at 02:00PM as per the time given by the receptionist, I was facing Issues- 1.drop in pickup due to clutch plate not working. 2. Music system volume control not working properly. 3. Noise coming from steering. 4. Need to change tale light and wipers. They have changed my wiper and the rear tail light in just 15 to 20 minutes ( very impressive) Some Mechanics were helpful and very expert . This work done by them around 4:00 PM. And about the steering issue they haven't open my steering they said you steering column would be change. Then I said okay change it then they said they haven't the part in their store they have to order it, Then I said okay. the clutch was main issue which is giving problem to me. They said the clutch plate is gone and could not be change same day because it takes time you can visit any other day in early morning, I said OK I will visit again. After that I told them the issue with my music system, My music system volume control button is not working properly, Then a Mechanic comes my be he is form technical department he directly said that the volume control button is broken from inside and will not cover in warranty without opening the music system. I told him please open it if its broken then no problem, Then he opened and checked and said nothing about that button because it was not broken, it was wear and tear of that button not physically broken.. Then he took that music system to their warranty room and told me to stay away and said don't come inside. And I didn't know what he had been doing for 3 hours with my music system and where is my music system and what's going on, I asked my service advisor - ANGAD YADAV ( A lazy person and expert in making excuses) He said that the Mechanic is doing your and and will be repaired and saw that Mechanic is working in another car Endeavour. Then I again told service advisor it's 6.30 pm and I have to go around 200km to home why are you making me late then again he said Mechanic is working on your music system and and the problem has been resolved just fitting the music system. Then the Mechanic came to fit my music system in my car and said that's not resolved it will be covered in warranty, Then I said ki Bhai 3 ghnte se kya kr rhe the aap music system ke sath, Pehle bole ki button ke lock tute huye hain baad me aap wait krwa rhe ho binaa mtlb ka and aur baad me bolte ho ki ab warranty me cover hoga Then I said OK what to do then my service advisor said he will order that part. I said order it because my car is under warranty they said you will come again for clutch that day we will order both parts. I Said OKAY but little bit confused about what is the logic of that?? My service advisor was very pathetic, lazy and not response according to the customer who was conning from far away. overall service was good and the beverages like tea and coffee service is very responsive and acitve
