Property is located just beside of sea beach. You can even have a full view of the sea from your bed. It's a pet friendly property. Pet lovers know how difficult it is to get a pet friendly property in India. Rooms are very neat and clean. All required amenities are available in the room. Ample parking place available. where we have enjoyed playing football and cricket without damaging the property and parked vehicle. Now coming to the best part of it. The service is just awesome and the mouth watering food we had here during our stay is unforgettable. Even the owner of the property personally visited to know if any issues we are facing. it was a heart touching gesture. Icing on the top was, they have a small tree cafe. it was a rainy day and the sea looks fabulous from the tree cafe. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property also like to recommend others as well. Just have a word with them, you will definitely find a connection.
Attended a marriage reception ceremony here on 5th September 2023. Enough parking space in the ground adjacent to the property. Proximity to the sea and the waves & breeze give a good experience to the people there. Nice place for programmes and to live in. The road along the beach to the property gives a good view of the sea and the sky.
Excellent property to spend the day. Beach facing property with calm environment. Well maintained rooms, clean and tidy restrooms. Staff were very pleasant and answerable anytime. I spent a day with my family here and none of them wanted to leave on the next day.
The room is basic but the location is awesome the beach is just across the road. The near by beach is very dirty but have water sports facilities.

Stayed for couple of nights with family during December 2022. The experience was awesome. This is a accomodation with a homely feel and the main advantage is the beach which is just opposite to the accomodation. The staff were very helpful and the meals provided were tasty. Special thanks to the staff for accepting my special requests since I travelled with an infant.

Very accessible from the Kannur railway station/ bus stop. The bungalow is sea facing and has a huge compound which is well gated- thus a perfectly safe place for kids. You can cross the Road to reach the beach. They have a large balcony facing the beach
