Staff and owner are good and polite.
These people don't have any sense of customer's purpose of buying.Thay start to give random lectures regarding 18 carat, 22 carat and all in the name of quality of jewellery regardless how much informed the customer is. Thay start to get mad if the customer goes for 22 carat instead of 18 carat. They need to understand that if someone is there, her only purpose is to look for decent designs and buy.
