The services that we receive from this nursing home is excellent. Doctors and the staffs are friendly and ensure that we are properly informed about my health condition and care/treatment. All the sisters and supporting staffs are really helpful. All of them are upmost concern about patients health. Overall we are very happy to get the previous service provided to us. Thank you all.

Good patient services and qualified Consultant & RMO doctors available... ICU ,WARD Sister (Specially Mrs Jahanara, Baisali, Gita, Soma ) are well trained and very well behavior towards pt and pt party. They have good communication regarding pt treatment in their team.. Which ultimate improves pt health care... Management is too much cooperative .....In case of emergency I personally prefer this nursing home based upon my previous experience.

All Staffs Are Very Good....But Some Pt Party try to always Finding Fault... Because they are always want Beneficial Any how. No One Staff Not Bad because they are Try to their Best Efforts always Always Welcome to KANAK NURSING HOME ANY TIME.

The service of the hospital is so good, all the staffs starting from reception to nurses to doctors, they took special care. I want to give special thanks to Gita, for her dedication towards patients. Thank you everyone.

Very bad experience. Staffs are not at all experienced. Medicine for high pressure is anti biotic, this I came to know from them. They will just show unnecessary expenses and increase the bill. Only want money, hook or by crook.

The overall experience of Kanak Nursing Home/ Bandel is worst-ever in connection with the behaviour of the Sisters in ICCU/ICU especially for the behaviour of Geeta Khalko. Sister Geeta Khalko always misbehaved with all the Patient parties. She even misbehaved in presence of the present proprietor Mr. Tarun Agarwal. Mr. Agarwal was silent & unreactive. This act of the sister & Mr. Agarwal totally disappointing myself. Mr. Khan (Manager) & all others staff are mostly average.

Very bad experience with this nursing home. Work like a silver but expensive like a gold. This is not for middle class family.
