hotel is ok, I would say not bad. food is okay. ambience looks great from outside but inside the room it's very normal though hygienic. nearby no restaurants to eat. I didn't take hotel food. good for a day or two business trip. not for family. one more thing hot water didn't come.

First you will be greeted by a very annoying welcome, by any chance you are early than their weird check in time of 12pm they would charge you extra 1200-1600 bucks or they will ask you to cancel the booking as if they are doing you a favour by providing you rooms. The rooms smell of smoke and not at par level as per the room tarrif, whenever you pass by the reception they will make sure to remind you your checkout time. They provide a recipt of much lower amount tham what you pay for the room. God bless the upper management for the scam the lower staff is doing. All in all a very pathetic experience of stay.

It's an alright place but it works. For anyone complaining about not meeting fern standards. Yes this is the budget level properties of fern so don't expect fern residency level here. I'll give the staff full marks since I was not well during my travels and they treated me well. Thank you :) Food is alright and could definitely be better. Breakfast is basic simple fare and it's what you'll get from a budget level hotel. Parking is very limited and you might have to hunt on the street. Rooms are also alright and they get the job done. I do hope they service the air conditioners regularly to prevent bad air circulating the room.

Had an amazing 2Nights stay at Kanak Beacon. Great cooperation of staff member Raghav for helping with my constant travel to and fro from the hotel during the stay. Totally recommend this stay for those on business travel

The location is road touch and good if you want to stay near ashram road, but I had a little bit bitter experience when I checked in late at night (not as early check-in but checked in very late around 3 am the morning for just 7-8 hours while paying for a full day). The staff at the reception was a bit rude to me at the time of check-in and I observed that again the next day during checkout when they were talking very severely to some other customer behind their back (not that I'm affected by that, but it wasn't the proper behavior from the staff at reception).

checked the the hotel late at 11pm room was alloted me and their was sudden break down with room AC immediately they shifted me to other rooms services are prompt all hotel staff corporate well affordable hotel as per location, came for my business trip, connectivity was never an issue one must experience

The rooms are good, clean and comfortable.. Buffet Breakfast has very very limited options so thinking i may have paid more if j had chosen ala carte. Food quality is good. Room service is good.all night the noise of vehicles comes as the room is not sound proof.i checked if some window might be open, but they were shut tight. This is where they must improve a lot. .

I stayed at Kanak hotel during India VS Pakistan match on ,when prices were at Sky! The room has a good size but they lack on few points as One sleeping Mattress was very bad ,Two Our Room fan onewing was tilted ,Three No ice can be served at night after Ten pm as kitchen is closed ,Four No soft drinks can be served even after Ten pm ,Fifth Room Fan switch malfunctioned couldn't be operated smoothly So if Kanak can work on getting better on Infrastrucure , Ambience & Service they can be at higher position as their Location of hotel is on Ashram Road , very Approachable to Railway Station , to Cricket Stadium , To Airport
