Good place to enjoy morning walks or evening walks . Buy the only con is there are a lot of monkeys. So better to go with someone, or can go solo if not scared of animals. It's a place where people of all age groups come for walks in mornings. You can even spot peacocks and do bird watching here. The pond pic is of khooni jheel.

A very Big plant nursery having hundreds of plants for personal and community level free distribution under delhi government free seedlings scheme You just have to make I'd register yourself on their site and choose your favourite plant then you have to just check back by going offline to their office and fill a form and get your seedlings for free , again seedlings is free , staff is very supportive and loyal even when my I'd was not getting ready at that point they helped me a Lott , and last one is that their is rumor that closing time is 4pm but actually closing time is 5 pm we went their at 4:15pm but don't take risk we were late due to shortage of bus thus we took auto and went here by walking

Historical place, Delhi University, Nursery, too much monkeys but friendly. We gave them seasonal fruits and bread weekly. One suicide point also here named Khooni Lake attract depressed people. So it is covered. Some historical places are in Hindu Rao hospital and a famous old Church here. One hidden jail where britisher kept revolutionaries here. Nice place for history lovers also.

Its govt nursery . you can take plants or buy in cheap price here . they have big nursery you can go there for see different flowers, plants, fruits trees .

The Kamla Nehru Ridge, right next to Delhi University, is part of the Delhi Ridge Forest, the Northern Ridge. The area covers 87 hectares, and is crowded with lots of interesting trees and plants, both native and (like the invasive vilaiyati keekar or the beautiful and profuse bougainvillea) introduced. A tarred road, with benches and dustbins at regular intervals goes through the park, though because it's off-limits for vehicular traffic, this makes it suitable for walking or jogging. This area was an important landmark during the uprising of 1857 and beyond. Flagstaff Tower, a circular building with a small tower atop it, was where many Britishers, women and children included, took shelter when the Indian rebel army captured the city of Delhi. The British re-capture of Delhi meant that they later also built several guard houses and other fortifications across this area, some of which have been preserved and can still be seen. No entry fee is charged. There are lots of monkeys and stray dogs around here, so please arm yourself with a stout stick when you walk through.

Good park. With too much vegetatio. Most people visit in morning. U will find a lot of couples behind bush.

Great place for nature lovers. Magnificent views. Don't forget to carry your camera as there are awesome locations, you just need to find them. Also there are 2 lakes although not very large and clean but yes will be an awesome experience.

Good for walking/running. Quite scenic for most parts. A lot of monkeys but they are generally harmless.
